CityLife
CityLife is a mixed-use complex (housing, offices and retail) developed by Vive Inmo and built by Izy&Co (IZYFCO) on Av. de la República, Quito. APE developed the structural design.
A program combining living, working and leisure in one building demands a flexible structure: open floor plates for the different uses, resolved for Quito’s seismic demand under current codes.
